Official Contest Rules

To enter: No purchase necessary. Complete the official entry form linked to our website http://www.thecomputermall.com . Entry is void if required information is not provided. One entry per day per person. Any successive entries for the day will be discarded and the first valid entry will be used. There will be one drawing on the 1st of each month. A new contest will begin on the 1st of each month. Contestants must re-enter every month to remain eligible for the contest. Deadline date is midnight PST, of the last date of each month. Prizes: Odds of winning will be determined by the number of valid entries.

Each month, one winner may only win one prize. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Important: Winner will be notified within 5 days of the drawing via the same email address used during registration. The winner has 10 days from this email notification to respond and confirm the winning entry. If the initial winner does not respond within this period, then a second drawing will be held under the above terms. If necessary, subsequent drawings will be held until there is a confirmed winner. All prize(s) will be distributed within 30 days of the confirmed date.
Contest is open to U.S. residents, except employees and immediate families of The Computer Mall, its sponsors and affiliates, subsidiaries or companies donating prizes. Subject to all applicable laws. Void where prohibited.
Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries by The Computer Mall and/or its sponsors and affiliates, subsidiaries or companies donating prizes whose decisions are final. Entrants agree to be bound by these rules. No responsibility is assumed for lost, stolen, misdirected mail or entries, or delays. Contest materials are void if incomplete, not legible or if they contain errors. By entering this contest, you agree that any information you send to The Computer Mall becomes the property of The Computer Mall and may be posted and or published, and none will be returned. Contest may be discontinued at any time.
As a condition of entering this contest, participant agrees that under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
